Jennifer L.M. Gunn is a veteran learning and development strategist and specialist in leadership development. She has built leadership programming and training on topics including emotional intelligence, executive presence, early talent development, and feedback as a leadership practice for Fortune 500 organizations, and designed enterprise-wide curricula that reaches thousands of associates.
She has also developed impactful learning products such as The Life Builder Lab, a nationwide early talent career-readiness platform, and Right to Read, a transformative literacy program, and is the co-founder of EDxEDNYC, a professional learning conference.
As a seasoned writer and editor, Jennifer has authored eight books on social-emotional learning, literacy, in addition to hundreds of articles and thought-leadership pieces on learning and organizational development. She has launched five national magazines, led editorial teams, and grown an education blog to over a million monthly visitors through strategic SEO and branding.
